Supply and installation of a seamless epoxy flooring system for an industrial warehouse to provide a durable, dust-free, chemical resistant and easy-to-clean surface.
Project timeline
Day 1–2 — Preparation
Diamond grinding, crack stitching and joint repair.
Day 3 — Priming
Moisture testing followed by penetrating epoxy primer.
Day 4–6 — Build coat
Self-levelling epoxy applied to a 2mm nominal thickness.
Day 7–8 — Top coat
Chemical-resistant top coat with anti-slip aggregate to traffic lanes.
Day 9 — Line marking
Racking, walkway and loading bay demarcation.
Day 10 — Handover
Adhesion testing, documentation and maintenance briefing.
