- 5+ years in interior finishing
- Diploma in Building/Civil
- Strong QA and safety discipline
Prepare substrates and install primer, self-levelling and top coat systems to manufacturer specification.
- 3+ years applying resin floors
- Grinding & mixing competence
- Willing to travel and work nights
Install APP membranes and liquid systems, carry out leak diagnosis and flood testing.
- Torch-on membrane experience
- Working-at-height certification
- Attention to detailing
Prepare measured quotations, manage valuations and control project cost from award to final account.
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years contractor-side
- Strong Excel and measurement skills
Run the joinery shop: cutting lists, machine safety, finishing quality and installation scheduling.
- Cabinet making mastery
- Team leadership
- Shop drawing literacy
Six-month structured placement rotating through estimating, site supervision and quality assurance.
- Final year or recent graduate
- Eager to learn on site
- Strong communication
