Sequencing ceilings, partitions and services correctly is what keeps a fit-out on programme — not working longer hours at the end.
A fit-out programme lives or dies on the coordination between partitions, ceilings and mechanical and electrical services. We lock the setting-out and shop drawings before any board is cut.
Long-lead items — bespoke joinery, aluminium glazing, imported tiles — are ordered in the first week. Material approvals should never sit on the critical path.
We build a benchmark area early: one office bay, fully finished. The client signs it off and it becomes the quality standard against which every remaining area is inspected.
Snagging is continuous, not a final event. Daily supervision and weekly hold points mean the closing week is a clean and handover exercise, not a rescue mission.
